Youth Soccer Program

Northville FC Recreational Soccer is Northville’s youth soccer program open to players of all ages and skill levels. With a goal of helping kids and coaches learn and develop a love for the game, Northville FC provides a local opportunity to be a part of a soccer team.

Northville FC aims to help players develop fundamental skills as well as a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.

From our youngest U4 coed teams to our High School players, there’s an opportunity for everyone to grow their passion for the game.

BIRTH YEAR 2018 to 2022

  • Practices begin the week of 9/1/25

  • Season ends 10/25/25

  • One game per week

  • NEW - 2 Practices per week (1 weekday and 30 mins on game day)

  • All at Northville Community Park

junior jaguars program

  • One game per week

  • Additional practices each week

  • Jersey included

BIRTH YEAR 2007 to 2017
boys & girls rec teams

  • Practices begin the week of 8/26/25

  • Season ends 11/2/25

  • 8 Games (4 home & 4 away)

  • 2 Practices per week

  • Jersey included

Registration opens 6/19/25 and remains open until 8/15/25. Teams will be formed on a first come, first served basis during that window. Late registrations will only be placed on teams if there are available roster spots remaining. See registration form for information about requesting a teammate or coach from previous year. Requests will be accommodated when possible, but priority is given to creating full, fair teams and providing the best experience for ALL rec players. Teams will be finalized during the week of 8/18/25. Jerseys will be distributed by coaches prior to the first game of the season.

For Northville FC rec teams, U4 and U5 teams will play 3v3, rostering approximately 6 players per team. U6, U7 and U8 teams will play 4v4, rostering approximately 8 per team. U9 and U10 teams will play 7v7, rostering between 10 and 12 per team. U11 and U12 will play 9v9, rostering between 12 and 16 per team. U13 and older will play 11v11, rostering between 13 and 16 per team. Numbers may vary based on registrations and balancing team numbers (for example, one team will not roster 16 while another has 10 on their roster. It will be balanced out in the interest of the best experience for ALL rec players).

In addition to Northville FC Recreational Soccer, Northville offers pathways for players with a variety of skill levels and objectives.

From recreational programs to club-level training and beyond, the collaboration between Northville FC Rec Soccer, ENVY FC Select Soccer and Michigan Jaguars FC offers options for players of all ages.

With the support of Northville Parks & Recreation, Northville kids can practice and play near home on well-kept fields at Northville Community Park.

Registration is now open for Fall 2025 for all ages. Players and Volunteer Coaches may register for the September-October 2025 season. Practices and games to be held on fields at Northville Community Park.

LEARN ABOUT ENVY FC SELECT SOCCER >>

ENVY FC is select-level club soccer focused on growing the individual skills and confidence of players as well as teaching strategy and sportsmanship. Tryouts are held in early June for the year. Some teams may still have roster spots available for Fall 2025 through Spring 2026.

Michigan Jaguars FC was founded in 1989 in Southeast Michigan. They focus on training their players to become quality players while gaining lifelong lessons and experiences.  Tryouts held in early June for the year. Visit their website to find out more.
